Employee Health & Wellness at Forsyth County Government provides high-quality, confidential health care for all full-time employees, as well as retirees and dependents ages 2 years and older on the county insurance plan. The clinic is staffed and operated by Atrium Health, providing you with easy access to world-class health care.

Clinic services are FREE for all patients.
